vrdct Beta Terms

These Beta Terms apply to your firm's free use of vrdct during the beta period. vrdct is operated by Accountr Ltd.

1. The beta

vrdct is provided free of charge during the beta. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the questionnaires you publish, for having a lawful basis to collect lead data, and for your own privacy policy.

3. Data protection

Your firm is the data controller for leads you collect. Accountr Ltd acts as your data processor.

4. Support access

To help you, a vrdct administrator may view your account read-only. Every visit is recorded in your activity log.

5. Feedback

We may use feedback you send us to improve vrdct.

6. Ending the beta

Either party may stop the beta at any time. We will give you notice and a chance to export your leads.
